▲ Exhibition "Bronze From Along the Yangtze River Basin" at the Panlongcheng Site Museum
The Panlongcheng Site Museum launched an exhibition of excellent bronze wares from along the Yangtze River Basin on June 11. The exhibition is jointly sponsored by 10 cultural and museum organizations across the country, including the Jinsha Site Museum, the Sanxingdui Museum, the Chongqing China Three Gorges Museum, the Suizhou Museum, the Jingzhou Museum, and the Hunan Provincial Museum.
6月11日,盘龙城遗址博物院“长江万里青——长江流域青铜器精品展”将在盘龙城遗址博物院临展厅开幕。该展联合金沙遗址博物馆、三星堆博物馆、重庆中国三峡博物馆、随州博物馆、荆州博物馆、湖南省博物馆等全国10家文博单位共同举办。

The exhibition showcases 118 pieces (sets) of typical bronze wares representing important cultural sites along the Yangtze River during the Shang and Zhou dynasties. Famous exhibits include the bronze human figure from Sanxingdui site in Sichuan; the chime bells from Yejiashan Tomb in Hubei; the bronze square cooking vessel from the Shang dynasty tomb in Jiangxi; and the bronze bird-shaped wine vessel from Hunan. The exhibition is open until Nov. 12.
此次展览展出长江流域商周时期重要遗址的典型青铜器代表118件(套),如四川三星堆遗址铜人像、湖北叶家山墓地编钟、江西商墓铜方鼎、湖南铜鸮卣等文物精品。展览将持续到今年11月12日。
