Wuhan company builds freight cars for Guinea's first modern railway | 在汉央企为几内亚首条现代化铁路配套制造货车

Guinea's Dapilon-Santou Railway opened to traffic on June 16, local time. CRRC Yangtze Co., Ltd., a state-owned enterprise in Wuhan, is manufacturing freight cars for the railway and has so far delivered more than 1,000 cars.

几内亚当地时间6月16日，几内亚达圣铁路举行通车仪式。在汉央企中车长江集团为该条铁路提供货车车型，目前已经交付了1000余辆。

Freight cars delivered

The Dapilon-Santou Railway is a special railway that runs from the Guinean port of Dapilon to the Santou mining area. As a supporting project for bauxite transportation in the mining area, it is an important infrastructure feature for bauxite enterprises along the 125-km-long line. Beginning construction in March 2019, it is the first modern railway in Guinea to use Chinese standards, technology, and equipment.

几内亚达圣铁路是几内亚达比隆港至圣图矿区的专用铁路，作为圣图矿区开采铝土矿运输的配套工程，是服务于沿线铝土矿企业的重要基础设施。全长共125公里，2019年3月开始修建，是几内亚首条全部采用中国标准、中国技术、中国设备的现代化铁路。

Freight cars running on Dapilon-Santou Railway

In recent years, the CRRC Yangtze Co., Ltd. has signed contracts with the railway construction party for the delivery of 1,600 freight cars and a large number of products such as gondola cars, flat cars, ballast cars, and diesel tanks. During the epidemic period, nearly 600 vehicles were successfully delivered. In June 2020, the company also signed a contract for the maintenance of freight cars in the Dapilon-Santou Railway project. The CRRC Yangtze will continue to provide multiple products and services from manufacturing to maintenance for the railway.

中车长江集团近几年与铁路建设方共签约1600余辆货车，提供的产品覆盖全面、数量较多，主要涉及敞车、平车、道碴车、柴油罐箱等多个车型产品。疫情期间，顺利完成近600辆整车产品交付。2020年6月，中车长江集团还签署了几内亚达圣铁路项目货车车辆维保委托合同，实现了从制造到服务的多方位产品提供。
