Old photos showcase history of Hanzheng Street's prosperity | 一组老照片跃上百米文化墙，重现汉正街商贸繁荣史

On April 3, two cultural walls in the Yongmao community of Hanzheng Street were unveiled, attracting many residents and passers-by to visit and take pictures. The walls exhibited 45 restored old photos that unfolded the 500 years of trade history of Hanzheng Street: the busy trading scenes in the modern era around Baoqing Wharf and Jijiazui area, the original appearance of the time-honored brands such as Yekaitai and Wangyuxia, and the hustling sight of the street after the reform and opening-up.

4月3日，汉正街永茂社区两道文化墙竣工亮相，吸引不少居民和路人拍照打卡。该文化墙复原了45幅老照片，反映近代宝庆码头、集家嘴一带货运交易繁忙的盛况，重现了叶开泰、汪玉霞、等中华老字号的原貌，展示改革开放后汉正街人流如织的景象，浓缩了汉正街500余年的商贸历史。

Cai Jing, a 50-year-old resident of Hanzheng Street, said when he was a child he often heard people of his grandparents' generation talking about the history of the street. Now every time he passes by the cultural walls he can recall the street's glorious past. Now that Hanzheng Street is undergoing transformation, he believes it will be more prosperous in the future.

50岁的汉正街居民蔡景说，他儿时总是听祖父辈讲述汉正街的历史，现在他每次路过文化墙就能想起汉正街曾经的荣光。如今的汉正街正在转型，相信未来一定会更繁华热闹。
