APEC Tourism Ministerial Meeting in Macao showcases new cultural and tourism opportunities to the world

The 13th APEC Tourism Ministerial Meeting took place in Macao from June 24 to 28. On the sidelines of the event, Maria Helena de Senna Fernandes, director of the Macao Government Tourism Office, told China Daily that the meeting serves as a valuable opportunity to showcase Macao's hospitality as well as its development potential and diversified opportunities. The conference will further raise Macao's international profile and support the country's pursuit of high-standard opening-up to the world, she added.
