Latin America, Caribbean can learn from China's success under CPC leadership -- former Ecuadorian minister

Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC), China has achieved important results from which Latin America and the Caribbean can learn a great deal, said a former Ecuadorian minister at a forum on the role of soft power in the enduring governance of the CPC held in Shanghai.
